DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY

Because all products sold at Verna Dotson are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:

• All products are digital files — no physical items will be shipped

• You will receive your download link immediately after purchase• Please make sure you have a compatible app to open your file before purchasing

• PDF files can be opened in Adobe Reader, Preview (Mac), or any PDF app• Word files (.docx) can be opened in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Pages

EXCEPTIONS: If you did not receive your download link or are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us at vernadotson@publicist.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly. We are committed to making sure every customer gets access to their purchase. We just cannot offer refunds on digital files that have already been accessed.
